    Thanks diabello, I will be on as a company drive. I was told either percentage or mileage, and just curious which is best and if the drivers are making decent money with them.

    I do know that the o/o get 72% but what that comes to in dollar average haven't been able to find out.

    I run a dedicated account so the pay is different than yours would be, we are strictly mileage at my terminal. From the other drivers at other terminals I talked with no one really had any negative issues, were always ran hard and left alone for the most part.
