It's kind of hard to believe information provided by a 2 day 5 post wonder... seems most of these are drivers fired for valid reasons seeking revenge.

I think the fellow was showing that Trans X will find anyway to take away the safety bonus as almost every company does. This a common hiring gimmick saying the base rate is low but you will make it up in the safety bonus, which as we know, never actually gets paid out.

 

I think truckon you have found a nice company to work for and have few problems. You are also most likely a super alpha male that has an indefinite supply of p!ss and vinegar, something most people starting out or just regular people don't have. Why on earth would you just side with a company after hearing about the wrongs commited there unless you are just flat out calling the driver a liar. Things don't work today like they did 50 years ago truckon, these companies will eat you and s### you out for a dollar.

 

To be a source of reliable information, you need to have credibly. Joining in online forum and using a screen name to make 5 negative posts is not information I would take seriously , most of the time when you dig deeper you learn that there is more to the story. Just because it's written on the internet anonymously does not mean it's true.

 

I run with TransX as a lease driver, and I have no issues. I get treated well, but I don't take any crap. Winter fuel does a number on my pay, but other than that........

Drivers attitudes can have a huge impact on how they are treated. If I had a whiny driver who complained all the time, I would rather not deal with them.

QuickX isn't affiliated with TransX even with the similar decals.

TransX has DeckX and CanX Express.

I believe TransX USA is an offshoot of the Canadian division. Winnipeg is the head office. I sometimes have to grab trailers from our US yards.
