Any lease ops ever been told by a shop that they can only report to stevens about progress and corrective action? In other words I have to spend the requisite half hour on hold for RR just to be told oh they are working on it. I often feel like I am not getting the whole story or that something shady is going on when I am not involved or given a say so in the repair of my truck. Yes I lease it but I also pay for any damages at the end of the lease

yes I have been told that when it is warranty work, since the actual owner of the truck is Paragon Leasing, and not you. The big CF starts when you are told by road rescue the truck is ready, and get to the shop, and find out, the truck is not ready, just the warranty work is done... and now they are starting on what you will pay for, via your maintenance account.

UPDATE I was accepted today headed for Colorado soon to get this started. I thought I would throw this out there in case it comes up again, I won't have to take the Gen Knowledge test, or the Air Brake but I will have to take the combination test. And I have to pay ten extra dollars for my Permit since I have a Class B in Oregon. If I took the combination test in Oregon I was told by the school and Colorado DMV I would still have to take it again in Colorado so if anyone has that question later on it has been answered. Thanks to everyone for your support and ideas I look forward to chatting with you throughout the next few months.

BTW, it's a late answer, but better late than never...
No smoking in the driver's lounge and any other building including e-sigs. It's the result of the City of Dallas ordinance. We are being told they will now be inspecting and enforcing code, so...outside you go!

While i personally think it sucks that the smokers are being moved outside, i have to admit, ive felt weird about smoking inside. Ordinances and no smoking signs everywhere have trained me.
