leftnut...i think anything is possible. but i cant really say for sure since i dont take hometime off regularly. i would think every third week wold be most likely unless you get lucky and get on a dedicated fleet. hopefully someone else can chime in and answer your question alot better

    Leftnut Thanks this.

Even every third week would be fine, but thank you for the response.

Well and one of the main reasons I am looking at swift is because of the dedicated opportunities down the road.
Sorry not trying to take over y'alls thread.

You're kinda in the middle in Mobile ... You could go to the Wal Mart account out of Brundidge or Roberts, LA

My recruiter just told me I will be running regional with a chance to get on wal mart dedicated and that getting good hometime wont be a problem.

Delaware, OH. Dropped my load with 10 mins left on my 11. Knew I was going to be close thanks to Cinci and Atlanta. Well, 4th time that I have dropped at Kroger here, and the 4th time no mt. Getting old. Maybe in the morning since they had 2 in a door. Last night got the jakes fixed. took them all of about 20 mins. Thank you Ocala for taking the time to look. (Yeah Right)

Mac 30, worthless. Deadhead 124 miles for a soup loads to Joiliet, IL. Was warned, stay away from that area for the next 2 days. Weather related. Also since I knew that I might have a problem getting a mt trailer, could not commit to any Command offers.

Dropped a load here this evening, and have one to pick up at the same place - Crown Cork and Seal.
The little truck stop around the corner was a bit full, so I'll pick up the load in the morning as I have plenty of time for delivery.
Heading back to Golden, CO tomorrow for a 0800 delivery on Friday.

depending how close you are to the dc you can go home nightly, Walmart has you do a 34 every week so you will always get at least 1 day off a week. I do Target dedicated and during the busy time I do strict 34's and during the slower times I get off 2 days.

wife woke me up this morning and I decided the last minute to hit the beach, we are in Morro Bay, CA tonight and I splurged a little extra to get a bay view room at a comfort inn. Normally I try to keep it cheaper but this place gives a full hot breakfast plus the room is just nice, got it for $100 for the night since its during the week. The wife is at least very happy since this is the nicest room I have gotten us at the beach, now going to take her to a nice dinner somewhere in town then got a 12 pack for our return.

Woke this morning to a pplan, and yep, soup load to Joilet, declined, and right after, lets play a game. DH to the yard and pu t-called trailer and take it 26 miles for live unload and bring the mt trailer back to the yard and they we will give you another t-called load going to NC for tomorrow, declined the first one and they would not give me the second one. Really did not want to go to NC for Friday since there would be a good chance of getting crap for the weekend b4 home time. Seems that every time that I get close to home for home time, they want to run me short for 5 days, usually about 1100 miles for the time.
