stay away from this one drivers and o/o. this company is in plainfield in. with office in ohio. the people in plainfield are very dishonest. pay is never right, if your a owner op. you wont get settlement sheets. or paid the correct amount. dan fruits is a smooth talker when you go to him about pay and blames it on ohio office. but its him . very unorganized in the way they do business. they lie to brokers and customers about late delivery and blame drivers. they pay on a sliding scale making sure you never get a whole trip in one pay period. i worked for them about six weeks before i found this out. when they correct your pay its doing you a favor and its thrown in your face all the time. i somtimes felt like i was dealing with a small child.their slogan is less head-aches but ive had a migrain for two months. they also go with csa (completely satisfied applicant) but it should be csa (completely screwed applicants). no place for o/o or company drivers.
