    The Maverick Transportation threads have a ton of information concerning flatbed work. The company seems to have a really good training program as well, for those that don't have any experience in that line of work. I'm sure you've already ran across them by now, but if you haven't, it's a good place to spend all night reading about the flatbed work from that their perspective.
