Really???Its Him?? Your saying He^^ is the ONE MAKING THE MAJORITY LOOK BAD?
These finger pointing replies are ridiculous to drivers that ask questions about speeding.
He didn't make me look bad.Im not a professional, and Im sure as hell not interested in impressing
todays texting 4 wheel drivers.Nor do I care to try and maintain a supposed professional "look"
to a public that doesent respect us for what we really do.
Were held to a standard that no one holds to the majority of road drivers that do far worse.
Its a joke.
Got a 14MPH over ticket..

I don't know about Arkansas, but here in Va,you can take a driver improvement course and it will take away 4 points from your driving record. That would match the 4 points they would add here for 14 over. Might be something to look into.

Those are no longer allowed by the fmcsa for CDL drivers.ewill71 and suicidejockey22001 Thank this. -
I was unaware of that. Thanks for the info. Nice to know they found another way to screw us. I was starting to worry they had run out of them.

I don't understand some of these drivers. Granted I've been out of the truck since I'm retired so I left before the CSA program started but I can read and the others must be able to also. So why do we have two conflicting answers to a simple question? You leave an answer with references (thanks BTW) and it's easy to find but still there's answer that are wrong. I like the one reference that simply stated Federal Inspection = CSA, State = MVR, tickets, or warnings. As I see it the only way any points are applied towards you is if the violation comes to them WITH an INSPECTION form. I just like to see these new drivers get the correct information so they will know for sure. Thanks for your help.sevenmph, Moving Forward and cc tanker Thank this. -
Thats what i thought but serval drivers i work with are like your getting points and what not.. And others are like no you wont get points. The state officer was very nice though ticket isnt to bad of a price. so i think i got off easy

After reading a few posts here I keep seeing drivers with only 2 years of super trucking making fools of themselves. Come around after about 10 and tell us how it really is. I do like the super trucker from Florida with 2 years giving out advice on how to drive on snow/ice. LOLLast edited by a moderator: Feb 22, 2014
