Oh I know the answer just like most drivers here do. But why should anyone answer a redundant and lazy question that you could have answered yourself with just a little reading. This same question is asked by newbies in some way shape or form at least five times a week. In fact your next question will be "Well whats the best company to go to work for?"

There's a difference between someone asking a question about something that they didn't understand in order to find clarification. And someone who's asking a question simply because they cant be bothered to look for whats right in front of them. And there is a lot of the latter out there they are easy to spot. Its the same guy who's always whining about how hes always given bad directions.
