Just random thought, why do they have them if supposed to be in good health to drive. Heck if being fat counts isshould break out the purple heart even tho doesn't effect my abilities. Just a thought been talking to a 6 month and a 4 year old all day so maybe my mind is clouded by their innocence.

Not all handicapped people drive...but they to go to DR. , to the store for groceries , and clothes and maybe they just want to get out....that's when you see the folks with the lifts and side doors on vans come into play..they do the driving for these folks...those parking spaces are wider and longer than normal ones for a reason.... to accommodate the wheel chairs and all....

I have a friend who has COPD. He is not on oxygen, but due to this he can't walk far distances. By all outward appearances he is healthy. He drives until he can't anymore. He can still do that. Not all handicaps are visible.

People who park in handicap spots and not have the handicap sticker and not handicapped should get the stiffest fine possible.Ive seen trks park in that spot only because its closest to the buffet.
