I have a Truck with a C-15 Acert BXS engine that just broke the crank. I have a fresh reman 2WS engine in a wrecked pete. My question is, could I Use the 2ws in its place with a lil modification?

    Thanks

With the conversion harness it shouldn't be a big deal at all. Since you have the 2WS already it's probably the cheapest fastest way to go.

The truck side harness should be the same 70 pin plug. 2ws has that plug so no harness is needed.
Engine mounts are the same. Coolant pipes are the same. Only things are intake air pipping and air to air on hot side and exaust. Will all need a little fab work as turbo is in a different location. Not really a big deal. Once every thing is installed you'll probley need a few tweaks to the 2ws ECM to get everything working correctly.

Swaan is correct, you won't need any harness. It's almost all plug and play.

Plug n play except for turbocharge piping both discharge and air cleaner inlet....use the mounts off the bxs due to changes in engine placement.... I'd be interested in the bxs 7045072453

good deal. I already started pulling the motors on both trucks and it was looking like it would work with little fab work. I couldn't find a replacement engine unless it had 800,000 miles on it unless I wanted to pay 12k. Thanks guys for the info.

He's swapping complete engines - not just the ECM's.
