According to the guards at Brawley, the plant is closing April 1 yes, but not forever. They will be closed for a year while they convert from slaughterhouse to distribution center.

 

I'm not aware of any macro. First try your DM and ask them to add the info. It's fairly easy to bring up that S/R when you're on a load and make those notes. If you've moved on, it's a more complex procedure and most people won't take the time (usually don't have the time) to dig back for that particular customer code, then the profile.
I think most people think of a S/R as one profile...say Coca Cola or Tyson. But each location has their own data file and customer code and no one can remember them all. So it takes time and like I said...most of us just don't have the time.
However, if you're assigned that customer right now, it takes two extra keystokes to get to that profile and update it, so it's much more likely.

Sitting in Oklahoma City. Not happy. Before I picked up this load from that hellhole in Geneva IL I sent in a running late bc they kept me there forever. Turns out nobody rescheduled the appointment. So they refused me. So here I wait at the TA until they reschedule me like I asked two days ago. And last night. Woo lol

 

You have to keep bugging them or they decide they have more important things to do.

Well I made it to Hunts Point successfully on my virgin voyage....thanks to Mark and his keen directions!

 

Mark is a very good hard working employee... even with construction, he will get you safely around NY City, listen, ask questions, and the problems will be much less... wrecks, and NYC police can change all that.

Mark does an excellent job. How someone can sit there for 12 hours and give the same message over and over, all the while sounding sincere and personal is amazing. Mark also is one of those really nice guys to work with.
