Everybody assumes it happened at the service plaza. It very well could have happened somewhere else, such as where the driver parks for hometime and the poor schmuck had to roll out with his truck tagged.

 

He could have even been parked some place like a shopping center that had signs saying NO TRUCK PARKING, we have all seen it done before. If that is the case maybe he got what he deserved?

 

Or anywhere inn East L. A. oh wait, you could read it and there were no gang sign:s...
