Remember driver, all experienced drivers make mistakes, they are just more aware of the potential, work hard at trying to mitigate them, and have a bag full of more tools to work with. I read about a driver years ago that had an accident and was killed on his very last trip after several million miles. Do not know the circumstances. One is never beyond messing up.....move on, as you are not perfect and neither is anyone else....
Blemished record. How bad is it?

Thanks for for your words of wisdom!
I can't imagine being killed on my last day after millions of miles. That must of been such a shock to his family. At least his accident truly proves no one is beyond human error. And that we all need to be as safe as possible out there.
Im trying to build up my tool kit as best that I can -
You are welcome. I should have stated, that it was his last planned trip before retirement, because sadly it was his last trip.
Wish you well in the industry. Enjoy it as you go, as it will roll by so quickly....no pun intended.....Wanderer09 Thanks this. -
This is all nothing. Likely the rim isn't reported and I wouldn't mention it when job shopping. You are actually pretty good.
First year drivers are paid half of what 5-year vet is paid and cost the company more money. Why? Because of accidents. $1500 and you are ahead of the curve.Wanderer09 Thanks this. -
You're probably right about the rim not being reported. Bunk have a sneaking suspicion it will show up on that DAC everyone loves to hate.
everyone here has been very helpful and full of wisdom. Thank you all for your time and insight!
I've read a lot about farm2fleet over the last months. People seem to be very happy there. Congratulations, I know how much work and energy must be involved with those types of things. Everyone speaks very highly of you.
All the best to you sirBigBadBill Thanks this.
