Then at the start of the listing you will see the POST NEW THREAD.

Pick it and give it a title like FED EX Pay?

Then down in the comments post your question.

True that. Conjures images of that trucker that couldn't stop talking 20 miles a minute at a Howard Johnson's counter on the PA turnpike in '77, talking how he'd taken a load from Minneapolis to Newark and was on his way back to Minneapolis... all of it without sleep, drinking his 3rd cup of coffee in 10 minutes and popping little white pills... shaking like a leaf in a hurricane.
