Yeah, Russel didn't do an install for me. He just did some mods on the inside of the radio. The radio hasn't seen any activity in years, but when it was being used, it was a good example of his excellent work. Radio never ran hot even with the extended conversations, had good modulation with clean sound, and decent power. I ran a 5 1/2 foot Francis Antenna, RG-8x coax. Always kept low swr's....which has tremendous value.

I would like to get my cb fixed/repaired/tuned up/new led's for the knobs and im stuck in Damascus, AR any way i could get in touch with you or Russ?

Russ is no longer with us. Ray in W. Memphis is now probably the best bet in Arkansas.

I'd try to look up the guy at Lonoke if I lived closer to that area. From the things I've heard about him, he sounds like he might know what he is doing as far as repair goes. Most CB techs don't have the proper equipment (expensive) to do a proper tune, but then most people that use CBs don't know the difference anyway. Some do get closer than others........
