Thousands of alcoholics get behind the wheel of there automobiles everyday drunk. Should every motor vehicle owner be required to have an ignition interlock device in there vehicle because we all cant be trusted?semi retired semi driver and truckerdave1970 Thank this.

I know everyone would say breech of privacy, and all that bull ####, but yes. If they could design one that was cost effective, I'd blow in a tube every time to start my car. Hey, if proving im not drunk every time will keep drinks out of my way, im all for it. As long as it doesn't call the cops every time you fail its not a breech of privacy. I'd like trucks to be equipped with one to. The price of installing the device is the biggest problem for me, but i wouldn't mind using the device to make the roads safer event though i would never even consider driving after drinking.

That would leave a lot of politicians, lawmakers, government officials, and corporate fatcats who bought this country having to find a ride home from the country clubs and bars so dont get your hopes up. See how it works?blairandgretchen Thanks this.

I have read so many books in my life, I cannot remember if I read this. The description seems familiar. Guess I will have to order it again.
