So what advice are you ecspecting the drivers to give you. Some said get a lawyer. That may be you're only option. You posted 2 of the same threads on all your violations and u have many. You're going to have to hire a lawyer I think.

I guess he figures he is the only one that drives a truck and if you do not paint a rosy picture you are bad.

exactly the opposite, Im not expecting a rosy picture, or a palm or anythimg,im just feeling u guys out, some answers are better than others, some say get a lawyer some say OMG ur the devil..my point is, if some are telling me to get a lawyer, obviously thats for a reason, im good w that, the ones that just post negative ####, to post it, should keep there hands and fingers avaialble for "lonely nights"..cuz its not helpin me or my situation, im not tryin to just go on like nothing happened, but then again, i was in the truck u said it urself PATTI i endedup bei g the unfortunate one to get a dbag for a cop, now, i know im not the only one that has had to deal w that, amd that are still driving, that is my point

I'm having a tough time reading your post. You need to calm down and reread before you post. You have many violations in a straight trk but none the less its still a trk and your violations are the same as a big rig.I say get a lawyer if any will even take you.You either try and find a lawyer or you'll have to wait till they're old enough so companies will hire you.You have 7 yrs driving under your belt, ppl with 25 yrs don't have even close to as many as you have.I think it would have been easier getting those removed if you didn't have them all in such a short time.Think you said you received 4 violations 2/19.Then the speeding tickets.

People don't respect, the law like they should and then they want positive advice.Well its not going to happen. They should think before acting not so bright on our roads.

There are ways. People keep telling you to talk to a lawyer. The lawyer can get some of the charges reduced or dismissed, which will help your MVR. I don't think it will help your CSA score though. People ask about TVC all the time, and while TVC can get fines reduced, and stuff thrown out, the lawyers who contact you for TVC will tell you straight up that those CSA points are still going to hit.
also keep in mind, the lawyers that represent TVC are not the transportation experts that represent the megas either. My only suggestion is to contact OOIDA and see who they recommend.

One more thing, the 'old guard' glooming and dooming you were doing the gloom and doom dance because as it stands, there's not much of anything that can be done about CSA scores under the current setup. It IS an absolute nightmare. A warning ticket may not carry any fines, but they can still cost you your job. It's TOTALLY unfair to the companies (they have to fire you) and to the driver, because you can't really fight a warning, can you? Other than refusing to sign, risking arrest and then seeing a judge, or a magistrate and explain to him why you refuse to sign. Don't give me a warning, give me a ticket. That cop was merciless. He knew exactly what he was doing.

The person you should really be pissed at is yourself. You've been driving empty headed for 7 years. Think the old guard was mean to you? If you drove an 18, and got caught speeding, brakes out of adjustment, on a non truck route, and got nailed by a diesel bear, people would have declared you to be a public menace, a danger to everyone around you and voting for the death penalty.

    Welcome to our world.

    Adios,

The rules have been getting stricter. I cannot understand how anyone could have missed the CSA2010 when it came about. The next was the 2011 restriction on Ticket Masking.

They are holding the CDL to higher standards and the attorney could end up being a waste of money. At this point, he probably has no choice but to try.

I cannot provide a rosy picture or happy ending. I am not sure he has a chance.

But, many should really learn from this.

Not entirely true as you can go to traffic school to keep tickets you got in a personal vehicle off your record whereas any tickets received in a big truck are not eligible for traffic school.
