Ever pull in a truckstop and take a nap across the steering wheel ? Then one of your buddies sees you and pulls up close in front of you and lays on his air horn with his high beams on ? I'm telling you it will scare the living dog sh$t out of you !
Mr Ed, Shaggy, Saddletramp1200 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Cant say that I have, Experienced a well placed roll off 40 yard dumpster inches away from the door to not open it. (co-worker )The other side was a brick wall and so was the rear. He was debating on dropping a loaded dumpster in the front to fully block me in.

Nap time and trying to hide wasn't my day.Last edited: Mar 3, 2014

This post will remain blank due to insurance claims. If I was involved, I was laughing to hard to be at fault. I was wearing OSHA approved equipment at the time. Was in the rules of service, as mandated by the powers that be. No log books were harmed in the making of this post.
Shaggy, Big Don, DoneYourWay and 2 others Thank this. -
warning: rookie driver popping off here and trying not to be preachy
this scares me big time even when it is not me who is moving but the truck next to me giving me that common experience of a terrible feeling that i have lost control of vehicle
rolling backwards is like making a lane change to right without a traffic check and without first clearing your blind spot on passenger side, just imagine doing that and it should cure you of this bad habit
back of trailer is the most dangerous blind spot to ignore
rookies, always cover/activate your service brake pedal when not in motion (and spring brakes are not on) and now i find a ref point as soon as i stop so i can avoid the "feeling" of moving when i am not
