Thank's again. I am broke down now in Kingman Az,by freightliner dealer, they charge me for new turbo and labor 7100$)

Well, I guesss the question would be which engine???
Cummins ISX 870 turbo cost me 4,200 dollars without a core. I paid an additional 300 to have it installed somewhere else other than Volvo. all volvo shops/Cummins shops were 1 week backlogged. Core is $700+ dollars. I still have my old core. I figure it would cost me another $700 to rebuild. Even if it cost me 2,000 to rebuild, it's cheaper than buying a new one. Old turbo isn't broken. -
Just had one changed on my 2006 engine and cost ( he551v ) $2560 @ cummins south Memphis turbo only and $760 in labor to change it because of some extra parts needed ( PINKSTON-BEARD TRUCK SERVICE ) nice people. Best rate I've. seen anywhere.

I paid 4800$ for vgt turbo(actuator also) installed for my Volvo D13, @ Volvo in Waco,Tx; was still the original turbo with 1.1 mil. miles; but I replaced the turbo actuator only 2-3 years ago , after 600k miles.

my actuator was also part of the price.
