    my truck keeps blowing egr coolers. it has two and blows one every 3 or 4 months. am i missing something that would cause this. thanks in advance

    Yep, if whoever is installing them is over tightening the square shaped clamps they will over stress the housing leading to internal cracking. International also recommends to vacuum fill the coolant system to ensure all air pockets get out. Make sure all your purge coolant lines, (the small vent lines) are clear and not restricted which would prevent air purging which can lead to thermal shock of the coolers internal and therefore lead to more leaks.
