Does anybody know how hard or easy it is to get hired onto tmc after going to a cdl training school?
Do they take all of the graduates that applied or do some get turned down?
I meet all of their qualifications as far as driving record and criminal history goes so I'm just curious if I will be hired after school.
Thank you

APPLY AT TMC
Apply to TMC and we will review your application. If you are a good candidate we will make you a conditional job offer. You must then complete the following steps:
Graduate from CDL School & obtain your Class A CDL from your state of residence.
Finish Application Process to include passing all required background verifications.
Attend TMC's two week paid orientation & basic skills training in Des Moines where you will learn how to become a successful flatbed driver.
Complete TMC's 5 week paid over-the-road training with a certified driver trainer
Get assigned a Peterbilt tractor with your name on it and start earning a great pay check right away.

The only way to know if TMC will hire you is to fill out an application, which you can go ahead and do now. They will give you a pre-hire if your application is approved.

I think as long as you have a clean record they will take you on. I was sort of surprised at how fast I got accepted for orientation because some people had told me that it might take a while to find a company but I have a completely clean driving record no speeding tickets, nothing. They do want 5 years of work history but I don't even know how important that is because I only had 3 verifiable years over the past 5 and they still got me in. This was all with in the course of the week after I finished school too it wasn't like I had been talking to them for months or anything. Recruiter has been helpful for the most part and was willing to communicate via email which made the process easier on me. Just fill out the app on the site and give them a call after a day or two.
