another driver that has his truck where i drive actually got a seatbelt violation,csa points included as they are listed against the carrier,but only got pulled over because he was speeding to begin with.i guess he has them against his cdl as well but they are on the broker's(his authority)csa thingy at dot.gov and is like 4 points against the csa.this broker now is @84% or close and has the exclamation point plastered at the site as in at the point for intervention or whatever-

I am too afraid to look at my CSA score.

The only way is if there was an accident or inspection.

Q: What data will CSA use to track, measure, and evaluate carriers?
A: The CSA systems will use the following:
- Crash reports provided by the states for DOT recordable crashes.
- Roadside inspection reports provided by the states, and all violations listed on the reports.
- Violations discovered during interventions conducted by state or federal investigators.
