Hitman, no problem.I was just trying not explain everything to an employer.Although I can get the verification,I don't like the idea of going for a ton of drug tests forever, because they think I might abuse my meds.I never like the idea of giving up DNA to ANYONE.

    Hitman Thanks this.

They have some regional. Not sure on where though. They only run east coast. Mainly east of the Mississippi River. Sometimes you might get out to Texas or California.

Hey guys, names Joel. I would love to start my driving career with Millis, I just doubt they will hire me at 21. I truly believe I have the skills and qualities to get the job done and get it done right. I pride my self on safe driving and courtesy. My father drove otr for 22 years and I would love going an being around trucks all the time, it's time for me to start haulin America's freight and this looks like a great company to start. Any information will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Welcome Joel, Sadly it will mostly be China's freight on American soil but we all know what you mean. Good luck and Millis I will still say is the best Company for a new driver to start out at.

I am curious if Millis tries to pair you up with a trainer that lives close to the training terminal you attend ? I will be attending the cartersville school . I was gonna start this month but still trying to get everything caught up before I do so my wife wont have to worry. How does the training pay work if your trainer takes home time or do you still get paid ? I will like to get all my training done with out home time so I can start on my own or is that not up to me ?

First. ..I trained out of Burleson Texas. My trainer was from Georgia...so i dont think location is a high priority...the rest of your questions about pay are all answered at once. You ONLY get paid if you drive 4 hrs a day...period. drive 3 hrs and 50 minutes and no pay. Hometime...no pay. The amount you are paid depends on where you are on training. Go to the millis transfer website and click on training pay for the breakdown

Richmondk and Ga Dawg141 Thank this.
