I don't think u will know about fre till u try it.it was great for me till I received a phone call and that was all I could take.a new dm[6th one in 2 yrs] and a phone call.i need a more stable environment so I left.if robin is ur dm then all is good.her drivers are staying.if u get the other one,u wont last to long,her drivers are quitting.i liked my time there but left there angry like everyone else.there is a lot of potential if they had any kind of management,but they don't.they are just winging it...just my opinion

Robin was my DM the whole time, I am no longer there also.
Guess she didn't like me..

How's that for truth.
Gave them a week to get me home.
I told them I had something else lined up. And needed to get the Truck to Denver to return it.
They had a 5 day window get me a load to Denver.
Of course there were no loads to Denver.
There was no problem getting to Denver before... So I could sit for a few days.
So I was basically forced to either leave the Truck there or Deadhead myself.
Of course my last check was missing $600 for Fuel.
In this business you're ###### if you do and ###### if you don't.Dinomite Thanks this. -
Let me say this.
FRE management is still trying to blame a few drivers claiming some thought they were boss and running things. What kind of weakling blames a few drivers? A furniture salesman with a title?
I don't know one driver that ever tried to run anything. As for me I sent an email asking for a DM change and I didn't even get a response. I'll gladly share that email with any of you. It was not accusing or insulting or even confrontational. I think he gave himself an attaboy boy for never giving a driver a DM change and anyone with any knowledge of trucking knows that any management with any knowledge does allow such changes if two people can't work together rather than lose good drivers.
I supported this guy when he came on board. He invited me into his office to ask for input. I never busted into that office giving orders. I never demanded anything. I was always civil to him. If he continues to throw my name out there I'll gladly give his attorneys something to work on. I'm not a scapegoat. I did my job I gave 100% and never asked for more or less. I was impeccable! Lol
Weak people have weak excuses!
I could care less what happens to FRE. I will never recommend them and that's just my own personal feelings and opinion. I'm certainly not intimidated by them. -

You too.... Glad I'm not the only one. But I did email Furniture rows customer service to have HR call me. I moved on but someone hasn't from what I have been told. If FRE is still having problems it's nothing to do with me or who knows me. I'm tired of being the excuse of someone else's faults. I can always get a load to Denver and just walk into talk with their HR to file a complaint if needed or talk with a lawyer of my own. I will also not recommend FRE to anyone either. That's just MY oppinion.Muleman55 Thanks this. -
Either way. Picked up a load in LA, CA that had 4 drops on it. Two around Chicago and two in Connecticut. Will be unloading the last two in the morning. Will find out where I'm going tomorrow. If anyone is headed in the same direction let's meet up. Let's also forget about this FRE crap. It's for the birds. We are better then them.
