Where you get that a former employer can only disclose dates of employment and rehire status of a employee? That may be what a lot of employers do to avoid litigation but there are no federal limitations to disclosure. There may be some state laws that limit disclosure but not just to dates of employment and rehire status of a employee. There is such a thing as employment history and that is not just to benefit an employee.

Just $7500 for all three, how would you feel if that $7500 was taken out of your pay checks?

I was wrong it's state law in CA that limits disclosure. You are correct many companies only disclose dates to avoid lawsuits.

7500.00 is about 20% of a new trailer. No big deal. I'm sure you would have no problem with a company making a 20% mistake on your paycheck.
