Roehl Driver Check In Continued

I seriously need a shave but ill be home by 2 pm tomorrow will wait till than.

 

Why a shaving forum, of course. Tonight's shave was with a 1948 Gillette Superspeed razor loaded with an Astra Super Platinum blade. Lathered with an almond scented Italian shave soap using a cheap, but rugged Omega 10049 shave brush. I leave the expensive badger brushes at home.

This combination beats the heck out of cartridge razors and the blades are between 10-25 cents each. I don't get ingrown hairs either like many do with mega blade cartridges. However, it does take two passes to get really smooth.

Man up and use a vintage tool. Cartridges are for wimps.

I have very strong Indian heritage and as a result I have nothing in the way of facial hair. I shave once a week whether I need it or not though. The flipside of that coin is I have a head of hair that most men would kill for. You've never seen a bald Indian and you've never seen one with a beard

when I switched from my 14 cascadia to my 13 condo I left my 14 in Appleton and rode to Gary with some others in a car. they had a driver take it to Gary with a load and left it there. I finally got the condo and just intercepted them boxing it up. I would have been pissed. I prolly had like $200 in coin in there plus my TV, cb, clothes and pez collection.

true story, if you might lose yur truck gotta clean it up..due diligence and expect the expected driva.
