we are running a load from kansas out to california.My question is the company has brand new trailers but no plate on it.Have all the registration paperwork,is this legal to do or will we land up in alot of trouble?

So, I assume everything's legal, right ? You just haven't received the license plate yet. If so, you're legal, assuming all fees have been paid for registration purposes. Isn't there a paper temp affixed to the trailer ?

yes,have all the paperwork and its all paid for,just no plate yet.never did it this way before so wasnt sure it could be done.

If there's no temp attached to the trailer (different states do things differently) photocopy the paperwork and attach a copy to where the license plate normally goes. So at least to a cops eyes, you are running legal.
