Aint that the truth. Like that Old Mr. McNeil said....."Separates the truck drivers from the house wives." Almost makes me think that their might be a future in this business after all so long as you not too lazy to wipe your own butt you should do OK.

You just can't wait for an opportunity to judge another driver, can you? Guess what, this wasn't one of them.

You don't want to hear what I say, and I don't think your wearing a wifebeater in public is appropriate. I guess we are even.

My first solo truck was an '86 Pete 359. Had a big cam 350, no twin stick though. Hearing that old motor made me realize I miss that ol truck.

Total respect from me for the guys running old iron over the road still. A man who my dad used to work with, is and has been running a stretched out 359 with a 63" flat top, 425 Cat and a 10x4 trans for the past 10 years. He is leased to Jones. I was going thru my teen years as I watched him buy it, stretch it, and swap the 10 speed roadranger in place of the 6 speed main box, all while running the road, probably 100,000+ miles a year. Just an awesome truck, and someday I would love to have a working truck with twin sticks. Just something about it. Basically, if you have to ask why, you wouldnt understand anyway.
