I understand the limitations that contracts have on dictating the behavior of those with less than honest intentions. I did not mean imply that you are not intelligent or that you brought this upon yourself. And I'm sorry that you're having to go through this ordeal. But from your post, you made it seem as if the minutes from a meeting were the basis for your lawsuit. A written contract holds much more weight in the eyes of a court than a verbal agreement, and now that you have told me that you have one, I can see that the odds of a favorable resolution of the matter are on your side. I wish nothing but the best in your pursuit of justice.
