Money can be made either as an owner or company driver but I think what happens a lot, in this business or any other is that a big gross check is deposited and thats the weekly pay,

problem is they didn't figure on replacement funds or repairs, once the truck breaks many of the money makers are broke, they see a lot of money but its usually in their hands just a few days and then gone to bills or whatever

not saying this is every owner, but if not a business minded person and not wishing you are in business, thats different, but truly a number crunching fool you probably wont last long
