got a call today

    got a call today I was approved for maverick just have to wait till my school is done to get a orientation date so that makes 2 company's will to give me a try now I just need to figure out which one to go with

    You'll find most will recommend maverick. That's the company that get the best reviews for new drivers.

    BTW McElroy was my second choice, from what I hear they treat Drivers pretty well.

    thanks guys the only reason I choose McElroy for now is 1. they don't require a sleep apnea test im not worried that I have it I just don't want to go through the hassle of being tested for it lol and 2. there would be a chance although it might be small that when I went to solo at maverick I would be sent to ny Chicago or nj withen in a few months I didn't want to take that chance I want to get up some real exp driving before I have to even think about being sent to places like that after I get maybe a year of driving exp under my belt then I would have no problem being sent there I know with McElroy I wont be sent there

    If you don't fit the criteria (more than a 17 inch neck and a BMI of 35 or higher) which they check during the physical at Maverick, you don't have to worry about the sleep apnea test. They won't require further testing if you are below the numbers I noted. I got sent to Chicago in my first trip out. Wasn't too bad.
