Superior Carriers 2013-2014

I got my fuel stolen the last time I stopped there. SOB made off with about 150 gallons. Food is good though.

 

I hope Superior will take some of the money they plan on spending on trailers and use it to get more trucks. I have heard several drivers threatening to quit because of constant break downs with the Pro Stars. I have right at 250k on the one I am driving. It just came back out of the shop after being there two weeks prior. Hope it holds up. It is a major pain in the ##### to move trucks and I am not doing it again but at the same time can't afford to sit at home either. ###### if I do, ###### if I don't....

 

I had the opportunity to upgrade into a prostar. I told my terminal manager thanks but no thank, i'll keep my eagle. Its a rough ride, but i at least know it wont leave me sitting on the side of the road.

 

Top of the line company buying bottom of the line trucks. Can't figure that one out?

 

Wouldn't be nearly as bad if they just put the ISX in it instead of the MaxxForce. Then you could have a real Jake, too.

 

Where are all the new Macks and Petes??

 

Ive seen a few macks here and there. Havent seen the petes yet. Im actually supposed to get a mack sometime this year when my eagle gets replaced. I just hope those turn out to be more reliable than the prostars. I really dont know too much about macks.

 

I wish I knew the deal behind the maxxforce debacle. I'm sure other companies are having the same troubles we are, because oftentimes there is a week or more wait at International dealerships before they can even look at a truck. I'm honestly surprised people aren't suing the pants off of International over it.
