Yea true. But no one can be perfect. in this industry a perfect person knows everything is a liar. we learn new thing's every day. If you don't get it then yea get out. That's what the operator licens and the cdl permit is. if you don't pass them then yea they send you back were you come from. But also think of this there is more people come in every week. So you get push back.

hmmm i see and but my message to u and others is this : dont give up. keep being positive and get focus on what important to u. i know u can do this
Flex Thanks this. -
Yea it's one of those thing that you got to experience your self. and if life give you lemons try to make lemonade. it would take some time. but this company would work with you due to the bunches of people coming in every week like 20-40 people. So it's hard to get your turn in so you can learn what you need due to people coming in every week.

I don't know who u r "Flex", but some of the negatives posted r true. Don't know how things ran in the old bldg., but they seem to be disorganized. There is NO pre-trip class, and getting someone to run the 4-point was impossible until I failed it twice. Also, NO trainer trains the same way, so learning how to back can be quite confusing. I'm hoping to test out soon, but if I don't get some much needed clarifications, I fear I will fail out. Also, some of the trainers can be quite intimidating. I WILL NOT be quitting, but if I had it to do over again, I might have picked someplace else. P.S. I was there when Mr. Vogel pulled his personal vehicle into the path of an oncoming truck driven by a student, people may joke about it, but it wasn't funny in the least.

negative feedback is what I been seeing a lot on many different trucking companies subforum except the people favourite (no mention names ) and quite bluntly I am sick of it .. It not fair to other who is trying to look for a better way to make a living ..
My advice to u is this since u don't wanna quit : buckle down and look out for u. Ur goal is a cdl a and on the road , thats it .focus only on that and get it in ur mind that's its serious / no one gonna hold your hand !!!Swamprat55 Thanks this. -
What Scott does is not my concern, unless it pertains directly to me. Obviously I am not a negative person. To speak of the schooling system, well, a handful of us have stuck together since Feb. 10th. Of that handful, well, every one of us passed our CDL A at the end of our 4th week. I don't care about negatives I only care that I don't get drawn into that vortex. I will test out for Celedon this week...... see you on the road.....be safe
