I was going to say about the middle of March. Going to be a long one this year. Frost is down 9' in my hometown.

I just pulled into the flying J in Nanton Alberta. Really pretty drive today up through BC

So the remainder is a "fuel surcharge" line item and therefore carrier paying the fuel keeps it. Guess that's legit.

They changed the way they calculate the weight you can run a couple ?? years ago. 9 ton roads used to be a max of 73,280 on 5 axles. I can run up to 80k on 9 ton roads now the big problem is all gravel roads carry a 5 ton rating.
Unfortunately the farm I'm going to now is on a long gravel road not far from town but its north of the metro restrictions so hopefully I can get it done. -
Just stay steady there young one. Is the grain elevator open 24 / 7?
That or sleep in line at night -
No the problem is its only open 6:30 to 3:00, its in downtown St. Paul and the farm is 70 miles away. The other issue is the flatbed work i'm currently doing should be a priority.
Oh well its only work old man! -
Kicked off my final drop this AM then boogied north and picked up some blue machines and got down the TA in Coburg again.... have 3 stops headed south and hoping to be done by noon Friday so my reload doesn't get messed with
