Congrats on passing your permit test and as long as you got your computer work done the rest of the week will be pretty easy. Smith system is pretty easy just a few videos to watch and no real test.

Get that pre trip down post hast BEFORE PSD, and will make things further easier, but get it down for sure.Take extra time on own if needed. Hurry and wait should be put to use. ;)

If it does'nt click for you, definately team with some/someone that shows same enthusiasm to help each other. What it takes a lot of times. DON'T slide at all on this........ Get 'er done!

Show initiative on the pad. Ask questions, get involved......... hell, start your own thing! You are being watched by several for many reasons. Your reason there is getting an instructor. Make it count. ;)

I plan on being on the pad till they get sick of seeing me there and kick me out lol. I want to get as much time as I can on the per trip and scooting around the pad.

Another day down... we just had the insurance class and smith system intro. I went out to the sac river cowboy church. If you are a christian, curious, or have nothing better to do I recommend it. It is a cool experience.

I second that. It was a great time. Many thanks to Wally for the invite. Also looking forward to either getting an instructor tomorrow, or getting out to the pad and getting to work.

Ran into a new student at Wal-Mart that attended & said was really cool experience, too.

How's that pre trip coming along ?............... ;)

You guy's should get together on this. It does help a lot.

Remember, you don't have to only be on pad to do this. Always a bunch of trucks at inn & possibly friendly operators. And, ever see that trailer parked out there? It sure has shrunk since I was there. Spent a LOT of time in that lot when pad was busy or closed & in evenings. Worked out well for me.

    Best to you. ;)

Been a while but I have some time to update. I hooked up with an instructor Thursday. Cool guy, I can definitely go a few weeks with him. We left out saturday, went to Denver and heading to new York. So far I have put in 15 hours. Everything is coming along nicely. Everything feels right. That's about all for now.
