Sorry to disappoint, but nope. I simply believe in their program. They gave me an opportunity and I've been extremely successful. I been here almost five years and have seen friends pay off their trucks and/or be as successful or more than me.

Please don't do me the discourtesy of putting me down because it works for me. I'm sorry if it doesn't or didn't work for you

Once they got forced on elogs their standards went through the floor .....two years with one at a single carrier to six months experience,....when bandit was running it was a fun place to be lower fixed costs as many miles as you could eat and a good atmosphere now its just another prime except i think on a % at least you have a chance ....

I would agree with you if my fixed cost were that much, but alas, mine aren't any where near that with a 2014.

Do you realize how stupid this is!!!!!! Your saying when the new truck reach's 50000 it is a P.O.S... So basically after 4 months your stuff is garbage-Trade-in last for 90 days.... Hmmm maybe JCT isn't so good after all

I'm not calling you out or anything I was just asking. But You did say they gave you an opportunity. It seems like you decided to take over a truck payment and maintenance for them. So I think they should be thanking you for the opportunity. I am glad to see some make it through. Brother people have been trying to get me to lease purchase for the last 15 of my 16 years. I just don't see the benefit in it, but I'm glad some do. It is just disheartening to see some of the followers doing so terrible. Not just with JCT, but also on the ACT thread.

I think most of the lease purchaser's go From Prime, to JCT, to ACT, TO Bankruptcy. Until they figure out it's not for them. Sorry been wanting to use that line. But hey there's a INSTANT GRATIFICATION world. So why not profit off people who want to pay for a job. I'm a business man so it's a little shady but you got to do what you got to do. You continue to enjoy your success at JCT.

I completely agree that it's not for everyone and therein lies the problem and the reason for a high failure rate. Those that understand the business party tend to have more success.

Please do not misinterpret what I said. I will however clarify my statement. I'm sure at some time in our lives, we have all bought something used, be it a car, truck, mechanical object, or whatnot. You may find a good deal on something used. However, there is no way of knowing how well the previous owners/users took care of said item. You may be inheriting a problem that isn't visible on the surface. I, for one, do not do used.....anything. I may pay more for something, but at least I know the entire history of that item. In addition, I have a warranty to back me up if something does go wrong and I don't have to spend additional monies on repairs or replacement. Maybe I should have put 100,000 miles instead of 50,000. The point I was trying to make is.....well, as stated above. Of course it always boils down to personal choice and mine is simply to buy new.
