this is a sister company for American leader Inc. there haven't been any reviews of this company on the Internet when I searched Google so I'm hoping this one will at least make it onto where people can get more information about the company.

Delta one is definitely the company I wish I started with. I'm leaving them next week becauseTRUCKING is just too hard on my kidneys anymore. I'm taking some time off to get back into shape so that hopefully my body can handle this again. HI always wanted a company that was aviary good lower 48 states company meaning I would get to see everythingwever, this will be the first guy I contact if I ever decide to get back into the industry. The owner is from Eastern Europe, and as many of us know by now, when it comes to business ethics, they tend to be a finaglers, and a little cold shouldered. this doesn't mean that he isn't a really nice guy to work for, it just means he wants to keep a consistent value and outlook about the business he runs. I wouldn't call it greed at all, I would just say people learn that business is best left treated like a necessary function in life, that most people would avoid doing, if don't whatever the hell we wanted in life where option without having to work for it. so a practical person would treat you like a necessary function.

the thing most drivers would complain about with this company is that they do not pay immediately after you turned your paperwork in. they pay you your loads as they get paid for them. if you are a guy who lives paycheck to paycheck and anticipating your next check in order to survive then this company is not for you. if you can handle waiting a little longer and dividing out your income properly to your lifestyle with a little patience, then this company pays very well and you will prosper.

many drivers find that home time is the priority. If this is the case with you then you are looking at an average company here. Depending upon where you live, I'm certain that they can get you home every two weeks.however, if you get tired of driving in the same place all the time, and are always dreaming of that company who would actually get you to a large variety of places at random, and are willing to stay out a little longer to have that company, then apply here immediately. I always wanted a company that was a good lower 48 states company that would get me around to see everything frequently. This is the company I was looking for. the majority of the loads are well over a thousand miles long. this gives you more time plan ahead for the coming days. I think he prefers long haul so that he doesn't have to work as hard getting people loads.

the trucks are automatic switch is OK, and maintenance is not a huge issue but naturally if you try to keep cost downthen you are the good driver.it's a small company so if you work with them 2 get things done to the benefit of the company and to you as a driver who relies on the security of this company then obviously you are an asset. as for me, I'm getting too out of shape to feel good enough and they have the energy to make some of these long haul appointments. If i sucessfully get myself back into shape and didn't find something else to do with my life that I enjoy more, I hope I will be welcomed back to this company.
