I never said anything about training after 4 months. If you'd go back and actually R-E-A-D I said after A YEAR. and that's not a year after starting training, that's 1 year after you start solo, so actually about 14-15 months of experience.
plenty of drivers out there that started training at the point in time in their careers, and are very good trainers today.
