Cell Phones Could Be More Dangerous Than Cigarettes

I think it odd that no one as of yet has shown any conclusive evidence of health problems caused by using a cellphone.

So many millions of dollars have been spent by manufacturers & independant researchers over the last 20 yrs & still...nothing conclusive.

Cellphone energy is completely different than the energies from an xray machine.
Cellphones create non-ionizing radiation while xray machines create ionizing radiation.
The sun is a great source of xrays & various other ionizing radiations.

Ionizing radiations damage cell structures using fast moving particles of energy.
Essentially, the ionizing radiation breaks apart molecules in similar fashion to a bowling ball breaking thru a set of pins.
This type of radiation travels thru molecules of most matter easily.
Lead is about the only thing dense enough to stop a low power xray particle.

Cellphone energy cannot do that.
Radio signals are not particle energies.
Radios rely on the creation of electromagnetic fields.

The frequency of todays cellphones doesn't penetrate the human body by more than a few thousandths of an inch before that energy is absorbed & dissipated in the form of heat.

Whatever damage that might come from a cellphone, would have to be from repeatedly heating certain tissues over a long time.

The tiny power level of todays phones is not nearly the same as the earliest bag type phones.

At the worst, todays cellphone might damage very sensitive tissue, like eyes, if the phone is pearched within a few inches directly in view of the eyes & for many many hours a day.

I'm sure whoever finally proves a true link between cphones and brain cancers will either make a lot of money or will not have another birthday.

 

Oh horse apples. There is always some study to show something causes cancer. Hell I think that STUDIES CAUSE CANCER!

The biggest danger to cell phone users is when some outraged motorist is cut off by a cell phone user and decides to shove said cell phone up said well, you know. . .

 

I heard that, but i don't understand how in the world you can get cancer from a cell phone? I just don't get how that is possible. Whats next, we can get cancer from typing on a computer? LOL
