    Hi Jumbo, I felt the same way as you feel. My husband told me that Builders Transportation gave him a test in order to run West Coast, and I was so shocked! My husband know he passed the test and there is a prejudice redneck, he is making all the excuses to keep my husband from running West Coast. My husband stay away from me for almost an entire month, I see him only two to three days. He works very hard to earn us a living, but smart drivers deserve a privilege.

    It is not that easy realsupatrucka when a person has a family and bills to pay. I'm tired of my husband running away from jobs and other drivers giving up because of race! Something has to be done!

    yea I know its not that easy I have a wife and two kids and too many bills...but if its a racist fit then he needs to get away from there and get another job were he can run hard and make money without staying out a month

    I think this may be a little far fetched. I run a lot of south, and most drivers I see who drive for BT are black(which it doesn't matter) I don't think a company would pass on a money making load going to the west coast because a driver in the area is black…..

    Plus, there is no benefit to running west, so its not like your husband is gonna benefit from running that way.

    Its time for people to stop blaming "the man"!!!!

    Thats Builders transport with yellow and green(green bay packers colors) that was bought out a long time ago...

    This is Builders Transportation that has white trucks with blue lettering on them…..

    Tired of husband running away from jobs? Reminds of the old saying about lightening not striking the same place twice. If he has to keep running from jobs is it at all possible that maybe he is the issue? Most companies can't find enough ##### to fill their seats. I seriously doubt they care what race or gender they are.

    If it's a racist corporate structure, just leave. Most outfits don't care what color you are. If you're a good driver that's all that matters.
