If you do the following...you should get good miles:
1.) Dont complain about the loads you get. Take whatever load you get and run it.
2.) Don't Waste time. Leave early, deliver early. Keep the left door shut and stop only when you absolutely have to. When your 10 is up...roll out. Don't wait for daylight. You don't run bankers hours.
3.) Keep your dispatcher informed but dont message or call him unless you need to.
4.) To the best of your ability get your load there. On time...or early...every time.
Do that and you should get the miles...oh yeah...and don't. Wreck

Mine parks at a truck stop about ten miles from me. As I don't have hard ground to support the weight of the truck and trailer at home. 10 miles is a perfect distance I ride the bike out there every other day.

Usually when i go home i drop either at Castle and Cooke or Miller. Either way i usually end up with no trailer and bobtail home. Since i have to pass near Miller no Matter where they send me I can pick up a trailer on my way out.
