changing a bulb
changing the linen
cleaning the floor
fueling
moving from one side of the street or parking lot to another place or position
waiting to get loaded and cleaning your mirror
waiting to get unloaded and checking your tire pressure
waiting to get loaded or unloaded (unless you go into the sleeper berth)
taking a safety class, online at home or at your terminal
getting your DOT physical
driving your car to the terminal to get into your truck
sitting at a rest area or truckstop in the driver's seat

When it comes to the basic logging yes im legal.Have no violations to prove that.But logging to change a lite bulb,change linen that sort of thing nope,lol.It's not like the DOT is right there watching every move you make.Their main concern is not driving over your legal hrs.
