CB transmits but not receives

    What could it be? I did break off the passenger side antenna on some branches, which I removed.

    I think its the Cobra 29, very rarely use the thing.

    Your antenna set up is bad if you took the antenna off now you have coax not hooked to anything also you will blow out your final in the radio if you keep using it.

    You also CANNOT use the coax from a dual setup with a single antenna. Different OHM ratings. If you want to use the single antenna you`will have to replace the co phase harness with a 50 OHM coax.

    +1 to what BigBearNY said.....
    If you were originally running a co phase setup then you're coax is 75-ohm.
    Two different solutions really: Either get another antenna to replace the one you broke off and hook back up like you originally had it or get a 50-ohm coax to hook up to you're good antenna and just run one.
