We're only "allowed" 24 trips per year.....
And...According to Emodal....Those Day Passes were originally intended for out of state carriers...
Not Cali IRP based carriers....
Apparently...If you're Cali based....And want access to the ports...You have to become a Port Concessionaire...Which...How many sets of eyeteeth do you all have?....
You'll need at least 20 sets.....
