How insulting! I stated what my observations have been in the sixteen years I have been there. And, I don't intend to get in an argument with you. Drive safe.

Welcome aboard William! Mike, Lee is a nice guy and you should be ok with him. Remember I f any of you feel you might be bump in heads you can always ask to be placed with someone else. I haven't heard it happen as of yet but its nice to know you can do this. Again welcome aboard and the fun now begins!

Real good guy he is! I talked to him yesterday and let him know I would help mentor drivers in the future. Its hard to get some guys to help out at times.

hi guys, there was mention the other day about not saying anything negative about the company you're leaving. Most people change jobs because there is something that has changed that has a negative impact on them, so they seek to better themselves. So what do you say? A few thoughts I had are " Co not moving in the direction I had hoped" or "financially unstable" I like what I do, just not moving in the direction I had hoped. Do they just not want you to elaborate too much? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was just wondering if Walmart has a rider policy, I have heard conflicting stories on this issue.

Yes they do have a rider policy. Imidiate family only IE. Wife and children.

Roadhogg your answers you stated are perfect. They don't want to here things like" my sucks because they don't pay great". You are not only looking to better yourself but your family as well. Hope this helps.
