I made a decision to change companies once again after thanksgiving.... I hate doing that but if things aren't right for you, what do you do... So I've been here just shy of 3 months and all is well... smaller company about 70 trucks give or take. New Great volvo ishift automatic trucks, utility thermo king reefer trailers.. avg 3,000 miles everyweek, paper logs, bonuses that are achievable. Great freight that goes all over and no micro mgmt just how I like. I think I finally found a home where I can stay awhile. Drivers have been here for years never left n those that did found their way back. I think that says a lot. I got a couple low checks around Christmas time but hey I wanted to be home, but after that all good. I'm happy, just want it to continue and be consistent!

Holiday is a family company, my husband has been with them 30 years, pay is weekly if paper work is in by Tuesday am, never a problem with pay. Original majority owner recently passed away, and minority owner bought out family, not sure if things will change but with our time with them in the last 30 years, very stable consistent company!

Hey mile... all is good just truckin along... they really go all over... figure midwest to points east, south, n west.... whatever you can put in a reefer, mainly hormel... also steel at times for backhauls.. I get home every week but I stay out to following weekend to at times.. they have a couple drivers that live in PA.. everybody starts at .33... I know I know it is low and I was lookin elsewhere but with bonuses it adds up... after talkin to bout 4 drivers n pondering my situation I went ahead.. weekly fuel bonus, monthly mileage bonus... two safety bonuses a year... sign on bonus too! Ohh and paper logs! Gift cards for good logs, extra $ for sat/sun delivery n two day deliveries. Super friendly to deal with a truck driver s company, not for a steering wheel holder. No micro-management! any other ?'s just ask.. holidayxpress.net Annette is who you wanna talk to, super sweet n evrything she told me was right on when I checked with other drivers, so here I am...

Well over 4,000 + for last week and I got by the house twice to spend the night... all lined up good for this to happen... I'm usually 3, 000 +/- & gone all week... Monthly mileage bonus is this pay day too! All is good!

You need to post your .33 cpm bs somewhere else. How many wrecks have you been in to make that? So how 's the pay after the bonuses. Actually get to .40? And when your passing swift and jb just remind yourself that you are making far less even with their electronic logs and you going over hours. I made that 9 years ago when I started.

Look here monkey I'm just posting facts you like it or not I don't care! I actually have a clean slate and could work where I choose. It is up round .40 give or take I'm guessin.. lol this was all legal, with recapping hrs... sun-tues am I wasnt happy with the starting pay myself hell I made that years ago. I'm no rookie, but they treat me right I can run or go home, etc... hell I've been with companies that pay .40 + & I STILL make more here than I did their... so what's your point!
