    Well it appears that everything came through ok because they approved all the paperwork and the application and all that so I am gonna assume I would have heard something by now if it was going to be a problem.

    If I read this correctly you are worried about smoking marijuana with a Seal and you set some kind of record for doing so? Are you sure it was not a Sea Lion? California has lots of those. You can tell them apart by looking at their ears.
