I have a T660 with a studio sleeper. I am thinking about getting a turbo wing to increase fuel mileage but I am skeptical about how much they really help. Has anyone who put one on their truck seen good fuel mileage increases?

Probably depends on your set up. If your pulling a van and your truck is a mid roof without a dam, it should help some. Doubt it will help as much as a air dam.
If your pulling a flat or step, it will really cut your mileage as it did with mine so I took it off.

But they sure look cool, huh

Solid .25 mpg gain when I pulled vans. Make sure it is mounted as far back as possible w/o hitting trailer at 45° angle while tractor is on uphill grade and trailer level.

I have the Able Body 64" stand up sleeper on a FLD.
