I bet when asking about a load that never got delivered, that drivers dispatcher also heard "I swear man, you know, that driveway had a sign on it that said, well uh, do not enter."

A computer can't be wrong, it's the human at fault for inputting wrong information. That plain and simple. A computer sees a 1 and a 0 and does math accordingly.

A computer can be terribly wrong. Similar to what you said.... its only as smart as the person programming it
