lol, you know Verizon and Sprint make zero equipment. It all comes from the same manufactures. I suspect bad luck is the problem, not Verizon. A Samsung Galaxy S4 from Verizon is the same, other than the radio frequency, as one from Sprint.

every 2 years i test drive a verizon phone. they never work.

right now i have 2 phones. one is a samsung note 2 UNactivated sprint phone. that i'm using as my trucker gps.

the other, is my samsung note 2 activated verizon phone. it's mere inches from being just as big a POS as the droid bionic through verizon. 3 phone swaps and i'm still waiting sometimes as long as 15 minutes before i can use google maps.

the sprint phone is running circles around the verizon phone.,

phones may be made by the same companies, but they aren't released through the same carriers. and that's who tweaks the software and add their own crap.

fcc just allowed sprint to combine their services with all small carriers in rural areas now. won't be long now before their footprint covers the whole country. and they'll be able to finally say. "verizon can't touch us"

You should try the new Droid Maxx. I was using the iPhone 4s for a couple of years after swearing off Android, but I got a great deal on the droid Maxx .

It is blazing fast, the camera is awesome, and the battery will last all day during heavy use.

All applications, including Google Maps load very quickly and are very responsive.

Found a decent paying load for JJ this afternoon so the last two weeks won't be a total bust, with the trailer being down for almost a week and then waiting to get the AC fixed before the warranty ran out its been a pretty ordinary couple of weeks.

At least its warming up at last!!

it's not warming up. winter cometh. AGAIN.

gotta 300 mile short hop 200 miles into wyoming. then hometime. and hopefully a darn dentist visit.

although, if i don't use the walmart antibiotices. i seem to do ok. cuz those things work totally opposite of the dentist pills. which actually heal.
lthe walmart crap seems to add to the dillemma.

    Hey snowy,
awhile back you were wondering about going into Canada after a DUI. I know of a driver that got a pardon from the Canadian government for his DUI he had in the US. There is some paperwork involved and some fees, but I am not sure if there is a way to get it done online or if you have to go to an Embassy or Consulate. His DUI had been back about ten years when he applied for his pardon. Hope that helps.

I absolutely love my Note via Verizon. I think the bigger issue is Verizon is more open and I had google mapping issues and email issues (exchange server). I learned from a Sprint rep that Sprint is a lot more restrictive on the phones (always thought that was a bad idea). So I uninstalled a bunch of stuff and redid my email and not only have all the issues disappeared but my battery life is insane.

Take a look at what you have that is using data and GPS. A lot of programs are using GPS for positioning information.

You can't beat Verizon for coverage and I like that Android is more open in terms of development. Down side of the open source is that the quality of apps can be an issue and cause issues.

never had a problem with modding my sprint phones. never had pissy customer service becuase of it eiither.

i remember few years back. when people woke up with their search engines taken out and replaced with bing. overnight. sprint don't lock down and reprogram phones.

like i stated earlier, the fcc has allowed sprint to use remote carriers. come next year. they'll have the bigger foot print.

stopped takeing walmart pills. something is seriously wrong with them things. swelling is going away, pain is gone. dentist supposed to mail me their own. when i get back home. their stuff WORKS.

i'm going to have a lab test the two pills and find out why walmart pills act as a flammatory. instead of a healer.

dentist on friday and tooth goes bye bye. not really looking forward to that part. my goal was to die with all teeth intact. guess i can forget that idea.
